Date and timescales

My partner Elizaveta and me would like to make our photoshoot on Wednesdays on the 15th and Sunday 19th of October 2014. After school (16:20) we want want to take the equipment from our teacher and go to Canterbury city centre to shoot out model with guitar until 19:00.

Locations
The main location where we will be doing the photoshoot is Canterbury Top Hill. There is a magnificent view on the centre of Canterbury which will help to convey the historic atmosphere to meet the main idea of the photoshoot.

Resources

We need to make a special make up to our model. I want to ask my friend who is good in doing make up and she will make the appropriate style for out model which will be suitable for the photoshoot. It would be really bright as we want to attract audience attention not to the model but to the guitar which is the symbol of music institution which we want to promote with our photoshoot. Our model will be wearing own casual clothes as I mentioned in moodboard. As for special props we need to use a real guitar which one of my friend has.
In case of rain we need to take an umbrella with us to protect the equipment from the rain. 

Equipment

I want to use Canon 7D camera as we were studying how to produce good shots on it and this camera is for a professional photographers. Also we need a lens (50mm) to produce a good shots in the right size. And we need to take a tripod for our photoshoot as we want our shots to be stable and focused. 

People involved

Me and Elizaveta are organising the photoshoot and we are going to make shots together one by one. So both of us are involved in the photoshoot.

Our model will be the owner of the guitar Anna Udras (Austen House). She will be posing with the guitar during whole photoshoot. Probably we will need a help with the make up and clothes style so other people from Autin House will help us to prepare our model for the shoot.

Contingency Plan

In case of bad weather conditions we can move the date and time of the photoshoot as we have extra time to finish the shoot to meet the deadline. We are going to follow the risk assessment to be aware of all possible risks and dangers which we can be faced with.
In case if the model is not able to do the photoshoot we would ask some other girls from the boarding house to help us with our idea.
If the weather is bad until the deadline date we may use the umbrella and other things to protect the equipment from the water coming in or we can wait somewhere in the town until the rain stops.
To complete the photoshoot in case of wind or rain we can continue the photoshoot next to the boarding house with the different costumes and equipment. Also we can add the photos with the piano in case if the variety of poses is weak.
